Bundaberg Community Development Inc. respects the privacy of our website users and
visitors.
When you establish a user account for your organisation we’ll ask you to provide
personal information. We use the information we collect to provide the services
you have explicitly requested. We will never share your information with a third
party or allow it to send you direct communications about its products without your
consent.
In order for us to improve our site and for statistical purposes, our Website Host
makes a record of your visit and logs the following information:
- your server address
- your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc)
- date and time of your visit to the site
- pages accessed and documents downloaded
- previous site visited
- type of browser used
No attempt will be made to identify individual users or their browsing activities
except in the event that it is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of criminal
law. In the case of the latter, we will comply with the Privacy Principles from
the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 regarding the limits and protocols associated
with disclosure of personal information.
