Bonnie Babes Foundation
We provide 24 hour, 7 day per week counselling for families that have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or prematurity. Provides medical equipment to hospitals for premature babies. Vital medical research projects into pregnancy loss and complications after birth. Provides support for infertility issues, children born with abnormalities and childhood illnesses.

Bundaberg Child and Family Centre provides a central point for family members to access information, support and referrals to other services. The Centre supports who meet most days at the Bundaberg and District Neighbourhood Centre and provides a range of services including educational social support.

Bundaberg Family Relationship Centre
Qualified practitioners provide family dispute resolution services to separating parents. We also create pathways to other family and relationship services. The staff will work with parents to: help them focus on the children’s needs, provide information about the impact of conflict on children, work out parenting arrangements, help to access information and family relationships services. Support to the Indigenous community is provided by our Indigenous Family Support Officer. We have a library available and a conference room for hire including Whiteboard and OHP facilities. Outreach services are available in Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Kingaroy, Murgon and by appointment only in Nanango.

Bundaberg Toy Library
The toy library offers an extensive range of toys, educational resources and learning materials to suit all ages and levels of development. An annual membership applies, enabling members to borrow 4 items for a month. Membership is open to all and discounted for those with a referral. There is a range of adapted toys and equipment for people with disabilities including positioning and therapeutic equipment, communication devices and beach wheelchairs.

Child Protection Reference Group
The Child Protection Reference Group was set up by volunteers, parents, professionals and community workers to actively promote child protection and family support. We believe that child protection is everybody’s business. The group is open to anyone interested in supporting families and the community in protecting children.

Community Family Health
The health and well being of children and families in the Wide Bay District. Community Family Health Nursing and Allied Health Professionals provide education and support for parents. Within group sessions, growth and development and relevant parenting information are included in discussion. Community Family Health is actively involved in Health Promotion and is willing to provide information on any issue relating to the health of children and adolescents (up to 18).

Davarni Coaching and Associates "Time for Mum"
Time for mom-Me:5 Essential Strategies for A Mother's Self care is a system that encourages mothers to focus on five core areas of their lives. We understand that when moms take better care of themselves, they are better mothers. Through our easy and fun guided exercises we encourage mothers to discuss the following: Personal Growth Finding Time Finding Meaning Finding Connection Finding Solution's The Time for mom system is supported by a trained facilitator, a self-care program with guided exercises and a social online network that encourages mothers to share their best self-care resources. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment that allows mothers to learn from one another. The goal is to make the journey of motherhood a little easier. The teleclasses will run in blocks of 6. The first class will run for 30 minutes and the following classes will run for approx 45 minutes to 1 hour. The classes will be held every fortnight, with email contact in between so that mums can stay in touch.

Grandparents Information QLD
Grandparents Information is a Queensland wide confidential and personalised telephone information service that provides information and referrals to grandparents. Information can be provided over the phone and posted to callers from our wide selection of fact sheets . Grandparents can be supported to contact services in their local community. We fund activities for grandchildren who are being raised by their grandparents and are not being supported by the Department of Child Safety and do week-end camps for grand families.

Isis Child and Family Support Services
Isis Child and Family Support Service has been specifically established to provide support for families and service providers within the Childers and surrounding Districts postcode 4660. Services are provided for families with children 0-16 years. If you are feeling isolated, in crisis, needing extra support or information on issues relating to families, the Child and Family Support Co-ordinator can speak with you by phone, at the centre, or in your home/service. Programs offered are Playgroup, Toy Library, Resource Books, Australian Breastfeeding Meetings and the Parent Discussion Group. All services are Free and Confidential. Let's Read
Let's Read is a program designed to encourage parents to have fun reading with their young children and make this part of their daily routine. It aims to develop the building blocks that will help children learn to read and write when they get to school. The program is divided into 2 parts: Community Based Professionals who are trained to work with parents and Volunteers who do 'read aloud' sessions in the community.

Newborn and Family Drop-In Service
Newborn and Family Drop-in Service Free Queensland Health community based service that supports early parenting, offering a range of services that specifically target the first eight weeks of an infant’s life. These services include; infant weights and developmental checks, information and support about parenting, infant feeding, infant sleep and settling, postnatal depression and supportive services. Small group parenting information sessions provide an opportunity for parents to socialise and meet with other parents. Plenty of parking including disabled enables easy access to this service. Parents can just drop-in to this ‘Well Baby’ service, and talk to a midwife or child health nurse. No appointment required!

Peirson Services Bundaberg
Child & Youth Counselling: Counselling, support, advocacy and mediation for children and young people up to 17 years of age who are at risk or in crisis and subject to statutory involvement by the Dept of Child Safety. Parent/Caregiver Support: Parent Education in all aspects of parenting including drug education, general parenting skills, general counselling designed to equip parents and caregivers to effectively and appropriately care for their children. This function is funded by the Dept of Child Safety and priority is given to Dept of Child Safety clients. Waarvah Programme - Waarvah is a crime prevention, early intervention programme for indigenous male youth from 10-17 years of age. This programme focuses on restoring cultural values, practices and standards as part of rebuilding the young persons identity as a proud indigenous person. This programme is funded by the Dept of Communities.

Phoenix House Association Inc
Phoenix House offers a comprehensive, integrated service which: Provides a safe, supportive, women-centered programme for adult women who have been sexually assaulted, either recently or in the past; Provides a child centered and family focused programme for children and young people who have been sexually and/or physically abused, and support for non-offending family members and carers. Phoenix House provides an outreach Programme for adult males who have been sexually abused, or who want to address abusive behaviours; Provides a comprehensive primary, secondary and tertiary sexual violence prevention programme; Is the site for the first 'Stop It Now' project in Australia.

Positive Parenting Program - Triple P (Community Family Health)
Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) is a Queensland Health initiative and is offered as a FREE service, for all families with children from 18months to 12 years. Parents are taught a wide variety of skills that can be applied with all children in the family in a variety of parenting situations. Parents participating in Triple P are provided with specific developmental and child management strategies to optimise their child’s development. Positive Parenting seminar is a two-hour information session and Group Triple P is for parents who require further information and support. Triple P is run throughout the year.
