Bundaberg and District Youth Forum
Purpose: To provide an open forum for young people, workers, government, regional representatives and other interested parties, to interact and improve pathways for young people within Bundaberg and District. Operating Principles: Promote effective collaboration within the sector, Provide a mechanism for support within a respectful environment, Develop creative solutions in an interactive manner. Function: Maximise service delivery through networking, advocating issues, needs identification, organisational, professional and peer support, Promote a culture of continuous improvement of service delivery to young people within Bundaberg and District, Through all Forum activities, support activities directed towards positive growth for young people and their families.

Bundaberg Child and Family network
Purpose: To provide an open forum for the Child and Family Sector and other interested persons to identify issues, develop strategies and responses to those issues and share information and resources. The Child and Family Network priorities are: Valuing the family unit in our community; Valuing and supporting the role of parenting in our community and Valuing children and youth as a focus in our community.
Meeting Place: Family Relationship Centre, Bingera Street (opposite Red Rooster), Bundaberg, with 2 meetings per year being held at Bundaberg Base Hospital

Bundaberg Mature Women Inc (BMW)
BMW promotes and encourages a healthy and contented lifestyle; provides a circle of friendship and support to all mature women and newcomers to the region; encourages open communication with other like-minded groups in the area; arranges for guest speakers to provide information and education on a wide variety of topics of interest; arranges social outings or bus trips on a monthly basis.

The central feature of learning communities is that they integrate economic, social and cultural development, and foster lifelong learning opportunities for their citizens. A key characteristic is the development of a rich mix of learning partnerships which link stakeholders for common purposes. This process aims to foster a shared vision of the community as an inclusive learning community.

Child Protection Reference Group
The Child Protection Reference Group was set up by volunteers, parents, professionals and community workers to actively promote child protection and family support. We believe that child protection is everybody’s business. The group is open to anyone interested in supporting families and the community in protecting children.

Community Garden Group
The Bundaberg Community Garden Committee works to develop and manage the Bundaberg Community Garden. The aim of the garden is to foster community interaction in a friendly and supportive environment and to educate people of all ages on the benefits of community organic gardens and healthy eating.

Davarni Coaching and Associates "Time for Mum"
Time for mom-Me:5 Essential Strategies for A Mother's Self care is a system that encourages mothers to focus on five core areas of their lives. We understand that when moms take better care of themselves, they are better mothers. Through our easy and fun guided exercises we encourage mothers to discuss the following: Personal Growth Finding Time Finding Meaning Finding Connection Finding Solution's The Time for mom system is supported by a trained facilitator, a self-care program with guided exercises and a social online network that encourages mothers to share their best self-care resources. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment that allows mothers to learn from one another. The goal is to make the journey of motherhood a little easier. The teleclasses will run in blocks of 6. The first class will run for 30 minutes and the following classes will run for approx 45 minutes to 1 hour. The classes will be held every fortnight, with email contact in between so that mums can stay in touch.

Healthy Babies Network
The Network aims to bring together local organisations and services from the Bundaberg, Burnett, Isis, Kolan, Perry and Miriam Vale areas in order to work collaboratively to promote and enhance the health and wellbeing of children from conception to three (3) years and their family as an entity. The Network recognises the need to be holistic in approach also targeting the community in which the infant and family live, work and play.
