That's where the BCD Care Central team comes in. It's a key part of our Senior Care Worker model, a team approach we've built from over 22 years of listening to our customers and shaping a village of care with you at the centre.
A centralised, real-time team to contact that adapts quickly to your changing rostering needs. This means we can update your schedule so you get the extra support you need, exactly when you need it.
When you become a BCD customer, one of the first things we do is ask you how you prefer to communicate with us. You might choose phone, text or email and speak a language other than English.
However you prefer to hear from us, that's the first way we'll contact you about your services.
As a BCD customer, you will also have access to our online customer portal that keeps you up to date with all things BCD, including the latest updates and our monthly newsletter.
And if English isn't your first language, we'll do our best to match you with staff who speak your language or arrange an interpreter so nothing gets lost in translation.
So when plans change, we'll use your preferred communication method first whether it's shifting an appointment, adding extra support, or making an adjustment, you'll always hear from us in the way that works best for you.

Your Care Central contact is just a call, email or text message away, ready to work with you to rearrange services so you're still fully supported and they'll always get in touch the way you prefer.
